Why a sterling silver (.925) turn a green ring finger?
Yesterday I bought a Claddagh ring a local jewelry store. The store is known by good quality, and have bought from them before. It is the mark of .925 and was very well done, but here is a day late and my finger has turned green, and a place in the base of the ring (the inside) has become kind of gray and the edge of the ring has some stains black. Why a silver ring react this way? I spent a lot of money in my life, and have never had this problem.
Do not worry, if you've had good experiences with the store before the ring Silver is probably real. Although unusual, it is possible for someone's finger turns green for a silver ring (link below). Remember, people can develop new allergies and lose old ones at any time. So the fact that this has not happened before does not preclude this from happening now.
