What is the mark of this lioness Celtic necklace?
I bought this necklace from a year ago in the shop of Armor-Geddon. It is a circle pendant with a lioness in the middle and some Celtic knots on the top. In the back of the lion are some of the runes, which translate to mean "Keltika Magik. "I do not think it's real silver, but silver as a kind of dark, something like his dirty in places. I wish I could help more, but all I can remember is the lioness be the symbol of a warrior goddess in Celtic France. Probably northern France and may be linked to the legend of King Arthur.

...and i'm thinking celtic pendants specifically here, there are often some black areas in the design, often to fill in or give more depth.
does anyone know what the black stuff is? cause i bought a pendant the other day and the one on display had a lot of black on it. the one i have bought doesn't, so it doesn't look as good, so i was wondering what i could use to fill it in.
would it suffice to just paint it with black acrylic paint? and then possibly varnish it in some way?

its done with a chemical called liver of sulfer. you take a piece about the size of a pea put it in about a quart of water and warm it on a hot plate. then you put your piece in it till it turns black. then you rebuff the piece leaving only the parts that you want antiqued black. it also works on copper
