Ok first you have way too many cards in your deck. Good decks are all around 40 cards in total, excluding the extra deck. There is no point having TUNER monsters in your deck if you don't have any SYNCHRO monsters in your extra deck. A lot of your cards, such as CYBER JAR, are on the forbidden list.
In terms of arranging your deck, you should have about 40 cards: 20 monster cards and 20 spell & trap cards. That is the general ratio. And good decks have much less traps, only about 5 or so as spell cards can get you out of trouble quickly.
And there are barely any spellcasters in this deck, and there are no supports for spellcasters. I suggest you buy any spellcaster themed decks you can find or order online.
